To begin our initial consultation process, click Request a Consultation or Get Started Now.
You will then be taken to an online form to input your basic contact information.
From the pull-down options presented, be careful to select the option to collaborate on a new estate plan, not the option to review an existing estate plan.
Within two minutes of submitting your request, check your email inbox for three (3) separate emails, each containing a link to the three (3) separate forms we need you to complete before scheduling your initial consultation.
For a description of these forms (i.e., Confidential Client Financial Information form, Estate Planning Priorities Quiz, and Confidential Client Questionnaire), see below.
Note: If these forms do not appear in your inbox, please check your "spam" or "junk" email folders.
After completing the forms, you will receive a link to our online appointment calendar to select a time and date for your initial consultation.
A general overview of your financial assets is essential in helping us prepare for your meeting and answer your questions. While we provide a fillable PDF form for your convenient use, you may also provide this same information in an alternative format. You may follow this link to download our fillable PDF form: Confidential Client Financial Information. If you choose to use our fillable PDF form, please complete the form, save it to your computer, and email a copy to kyle.krull@harvestlaw.com. We recommend you download the free Foxit PDF Reader to ensure the best experience with this form.
Just as our clients are unique, so is each estate plan we create. What is “essential” for one client may be “irrelevant” for your circumstances, and vice versa.
The purpose of this “survey” is two-fold: 1) to provide us with an initial snapshot of your unique estate planning priorities and 2) to provide you with an easy-to-understand estate planning tutorial before we meet. After you complete the Estate Planning Priorities Quiz, you may have a better grasp of estate planning than most attorneys!
The purpose of this Questionnaire is also two-fold: 1) to provide us with the initial snapshot of the 3 Ps relevant to your estate plan [i.e., the important People, Property, and Plans]; and 2) to help you think through and evaluate your important 3 Ps before our meeting.

A: If the form does not “submit,” please look for fields outlined in red on the pages associated with any tab reflecting a red “!” and complete the required field. Once all required fields are completed, the form can be successfully submitted.
A: We selected Lawmatics because your answers are kept confidential and secure when entered and submitted. Lawmatics stores all of your data at 256-bit AES encryption, the same standard used by banks and other large financial institutions. Data is sent and received using 128-bit SSL encryption, which keeps your private information safe from third-party access.
